As a leader driven by results, Garrett has spent 16 years using technology solutions to solve the most challenging problems in industries such as consumer products, telecommunications, finance, and technology. For more than 10 years Oracle’s top clients such as Xerox, Motorola, GE, and Franklin Covey achieved success with Garrett’s expertise as a lead technical consultant implementing Oracle’s eBusiness Suite solutions.
Garrett thrives on solving difficult problems such as integrating Oracle iStore with Single Sign-on Server, or Oracle eBusiness Suite with Amazon’s Seller Central. Garrett founded Foster Concepts to bring efficiency, foresight, innovation and expertise into alignment, to provide business savvy solutions. With superior knowledge of software development and project management, Garrett is able to drive success on each and every project. By making himself a valued member of the team, Garrett creates the foundation for lasting relationships with each of Foster Concept’s clients.
Dale Traxler, Director of eCommerce Marketing
Prior to joining Foster Concepts, Dale founded and ran a successful multi-channel eCommerce company that distributed jewelry supplies to B2B and B2C customers worldwide. He was an innovator in implementing an eCommerce solution that fully integrated eCommerce, ERP, CRM, and Financials to streamline operations and enhance the customer experience. He sold that company in March 2012 to share his knowledge and online marketing expertise with other B2B companies.
Previously, Dale spent 18 years in professional sales and sales management positions with companies like Hewlett-Packard, Dazel Software, and Interleaf. He understands B2B business challenges having sold large enterprise IT solutions to companies and agencies like Chevron, Genentech, JDEdwards, Storage Tek, and the State of California.
In his “spare time”, Dale is a Contributing Editor for PracticalEcommerce.com where he writes articles and produces webinars about eCommerce strategies for other eCommerce businesses. For recreation, he has a passion for cooking, skiing and shooting a low round of golf with friends and family.
Becky Bradberry, Senior Oracle Consultant
Becky Bradberry has over 10 years of experience implementing the Oracle eBusiness Suite, developing extensions and integrations to optimize the application for its users. With deep knowledge of Order to Cash processes affecting both B2C and B2B customers, Becky is able to help clients avoid common pitfalls as they pursue their eCommerce goals. She has worked in a variety of industries, enabling her to hit the ground running with clients, whether their goal is a personalized, consumer-oriented experience or a highly functioning wholesale eCommerce site.
In her spare time, Becky enjoys hiking, running, kayaking, and any other activity that allows her to get outside and spend time with her three children.
Jordan Kenning, Delivery Manager
Jordan keeps everyone on their toes so that projects and results are delivered when expected. He is responsible for communicating with clients milestones, challenges, and uber-problem solving.
Jordan has worked for Presentation Services Audio Video as their Director of Event Technologies. He is skilled in understanding the goals of a variety of clients and finding solutions to get the job done. While attending the University of Colorado in Denver, he worked at the Apple Store to keep up with the latest gadgets and trends. Jordan is also a Certified ScrumMaster and applies the skills to keep everything running smoothly.
When Jordan is not chasing down people, he’s enjoying the activities Colorado has to offer: hiking, biking and music. He also ventures out of Colorado, and the country, for some traveling and cooking.
