For more than 10 years Oracle’s top clients such as Xerox, Motorola, GE, and Franklin Covey achieved success with Garrett’s expertise as a lead technical consultant implementing Oracle’s eBusiness Suite solutions. Garrett thrives on solving difficult problems such as integrating Oracle iStore with Single Sign-on Server, or Oracle eBusiness Suite with Amazon’s Seller Central. Garrett founded Foster Concepts to bring efficiency, foresight, innovation and expertise into alignment, to provide business savvy solutions. With superior knowledge of software development and project management, Garrett is able to drive success on each and every project. By making himself a valued member of the team, Garrett creates the foundation for lasting relationships with each of Foster Concept’s clients.
Alex Ross, Director of Marketing
Alex is responsible for driving results through effective design and online marketing tactics. He gets to know companies’ customers and goals to ensure the online opportunity is maximized.
Alex has 14 years of experience that includes eCommerce marketing for Fortune 150 companies, strategic planning, and user experience design. His formal education includes an M.B.A., Bachelors in eBusiness, and Associates in Graphic Design & Multimedia.
Outside of the workplace, Alex runs ultramarathons for charity and marathons to get to work. On the weekends, he spends time with his wife, 4 kids, dog, and 3 fish to recharge. He is an avid musician, blogger, and kind of chicken wings.
Jordan Kenning, Consultant
Jordan keeps everyone on their toes so that projects and results are delivered when expected. He is responsible for communicating with clients milestones, challenges, and uber-problem solving.
Jordan has worked for Presentation Services Audio Video as their Director of Event Technologies. He is skilled in understanding the goals of a variety of clients and finding solutions to get the job done. While attending the University of Colorado in Denver, he worked at the Apple Store to keep up with the latest gadgets and trends. Jordan is also a Certified ScrumMaster and applies the skills to keep everything running smoothly.
When Jordan is not chasing down people, he’s enjoying the activities Colorado has to offer: hiking, biking, bar scene, and music. He also ventures out of Colorado, and the country, for some traveling and cooking.

As an open source advocate David utilizes the power of LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, Perl/PHP) to build elegant solutions giving clients the tools for growth and efficiency. Challenges have inspired David to problem-solving excellence… Such as tackling the ‘age’ old design issue with using Flash on a web site, making it hard to manage and invisible to search engines. Rather than accepting this paradigm as a rule, David solved the problem by designing and building a custom content management system (CMS) for dynamic HTML to give clients the ability to easily maintain a Flash-like site. David has continued his no-holds-barred approach by taking Oracle’s iStore eCommerce solution and extending it far beyond its out-of-the-box functionality.
